Day 2: Go time—bring on the marshmallows

Photo

The marshmallow challenge stands the test of time as one of the best first day activities I know, and it never fails to deliver a few surprises, even after three years. This year, a group successfully incorporated the string into their design, and turned a failing structure into a standing one in the final three minutes.

Still, I have many colleagues clamoring to use this, so I need to find something new, preferably with a cool TED talk follow up. 🙂
