Day 29: Comments, made easier with TextExpander

Here’s a shot of one small thing I’m doing to make comment writing easier. I write 3-4 paragraphs for each of my 44 students. A small fraction of what I write is common across a number of students, and so I’ve used textexpander to create some handy fill in forms that make it very easy to put in those repetitive blocks of text, while making sure I don’t make any he/she errors.

Making a snippet in textexpander takes seconds, and lets me save my typing for the parts of my comments that are truly unique to each student.
